Procrastination and Legal Humour

Biz Org was really slow tonight. First I did this procrastination cartoon inspired by a comment from my friend Susan when I told her I was procrastinating earlier today. Then I did this hysterical business law joke. Do you get it? (Y'see, when a corporation exercises its option to buy back shares, that's a "redemption"; as opposed to when the shareholder has the option to make the corporation buy the shares - a "retraction". Say, I just had an idea for a new name for the quiz night team.) I suppose I should start on my family law reading now.
