A Valentine's List for Guys

"You need more lists, David," Marcie told me the other night.

I asked her to elaborate and she told me that people like to read lists.

"There's a really good list in that Bride's book... things she wanted from a lover. You don't want to make that list, it's too sexual, but maybe you could do a Valentine's list of what Guys Should Give Women."

Since I'm at a loss after binder clips and mojo kits, I let Marcie continue:

Marcie's Valentine's list of what Guys Should Give Women

1. Go out and buy her the Sunday Times so she can lounge in bed and read.
2. Make her a cup of tea.
3. Bring her breakfast in bed.
4. Take a picture of you and her together and put it on your desk at work.
