Desperate Times on Bronson

I know that the construction on Bronson between Somerset and Catherine is hard on the businesses there. It still doesn't seem right that every time I walk past this sign at the Harvey's, I feel nervous until I get home and see that my car is still in the driveway with no ticket on the windshield.
