Knitnut -- Lost Glove Alert and Dave X
I think that now that Zoom has gone and created a post just for me it's time I told you about her posting that made me add her Knitnut.net to my list of daily reads.
It was The Dave X Change Challenge. . It's a fascinating introduction to a fellow who lives on what other people lose or don't want and it describes a cool way that Zoom has got her entire workplace aware of the life of Dave X.

It is kind of cool that I've got 23 people now willing to get down on their hands and knees on Bank Street to chisel a penny out of the ice, and they don't care how it looks to the casual passer-by. ;)
There are many little-known facts about Dave X, and here's one I just learned today: He finds those Anne Geddes pictures of naked babies nestled in flowers deeply disturbing.
I'm glad I'm not the only one bothered by the Geddes photos. Maybe it's a "Dave" thing.
